Ingredients


1. Basmati rice                                                                                             1kg

2. Chopped onion                                                                                       200g

3. Curry leaves chopped                                                                         1spring

4. Corn grains                                                                                             250g

5. Cinnamon stick                                                                                   1spring

6. Butter                                                                                                        75g

7. Stock                                                                                                     1 1/2L

8. Salt                                                                                                           1tbs


METHOD OF PREPARATION  01 ( SHORT )


Heat butter in a pan . and sauté curry leaves , onion and cinnamon stick . then add washed rice , corn , stock and salt . bring to boil and simmer till done .


METHOD OF PREPARATION  02 ( HARD ANALYZE AND DEFERENCE )
