GRILLED CHICKEN PEPPER SAUCE
Ingredients
1. Chicken 1kg - 1.250kg
2. Seasonings salt and pepper
3. Oil 04tbs
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Chicken cut into sauté cut. season with salt and pepper. brush grill bars with oil and placed chicken on preheated grill bars. brush frequently with fat during cooking and allow approximately 15 - 20 minutes. for each side. serve with pepper sauce.
