                                        PEPPER SAUCE

Ingredients

1. Demi glace                                          200ml

2. crushed pepper                                       1tbs

3. vinegar                                                   1tbs

4. sugar                                                      1/4tbs

5. salt to taste       

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Boil to crushed pepper and when the mixture reduced little and add demi glace , sugar and salt. then bring to boiled and take off from the fire.
