Ingredients

1. beef fillet ( cut into thick slices )                              500g

2. mustard cream                                                          1 1/2tbs

3. corn oil                                                                       2tbs

4. mix herbs                                                                   1tbs (for marination)

5. vinegar                                                                       1 1/2tbs  

6. salt and crushed pepper to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Exept beef, mix all the other ingredients and dip the beef slices in the marination. keep for 02 hours and grill.
