CHICKEN KORMA
Ingredients
1. Chicken (cut into medium size) 750g
2. Cashew 100g
3. Chopped coriander leaves 3tbs
4. Curd 10tbs
5. Cardamom and clove 04each
6. B/onion 75g
7. Garlic carpel 03
8. Ginger slices 04
9. Lime juice 2tbs
10. Chopped tomato 100g
11. Grated coconut 4tbs
12. Garam masala powder 2tbs
13. Chopped green chili 15g
14. Chili powder 3tbs
15. Salt 2tbs
16. Gee or oil 4tbs
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Mix chicken with salt and curd . grind onion , garlic , ginger , green chili , cashew , grated coconut together . fry the gee , add previous mixture ground coriander leaves , curry powder , cardamom , cinnamon , clove and fry for little . then add chicken , chili powder , bring to boil and simmer . then add chopped tomatoes and lime juice and take off from the fire .
