CHICKEN BURIYANI
Ingredients
1. chicken (cut into medium size) 600g
2. Basmati rice 1kg
3. Curd 6tbs
4. chopped onion 75g
5. Ground garlic 20g
6. Ground ginger 10g
7. Cardamom 05
8. Clove 05
9. Chopped tomato 200g
10. Curry powder 3tbs
11. Pepper corns 2tbs
12. Salt 2tbs
13. Gee or oil
14. Stock 1.5l
15. Rampa
16. Cinnamon crust
17. turmeric powder
18. Bay leaves , curry leaves
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Fry gee , add onion , garlic , ginger , rampe , curry leaves , cardamom , cinnamon , cloves , bay leaves , and sauté. add chicken , pepper corns , and within few minutes. add curry powder , turmeric powder , curd , tomato and cook until chicken half way . the add washed rice , salt , stock bring to boil and simmer.
