Ingredients

1. Boiled eggs                                                                       04

2. Mayonnaise                                                               200ml

3. Lettuces                                                                        100g

4. For garnish spring (a tiny branch) of parsley , tomato slices , paprika powder and            black olives can be used.

5. Garnish all are are you're  purpose.

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Cut hard boiled eggs into length wise. and arrange on lettuces. pour mayonnaise sauce on them and garnish with parsley etc.
