Ingredients

1. Potatoes                                                                    500g

2. Oil                                                                             50ml

3. Salt to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Peel and cut potatoes into big chunks with salt and oil place them in a roasting as oven (225C - 20 minutes)
