1. Dhal 100g
2. B/onion , Celery , Leeks 100g
3. Stock 02l
4. Butter 25g
5. Bg 01
6. Salt and pepper to taste
7. Curry powder 1tsp
8. Curry leaves
9. Lemon grass
10. Coriander of preparation
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Melt the butter and vegetables , curry leaves , lemon grass , dhal , curry powder and sauté . then add stock and bring to boil . remove the lemon grass , blend and strain . re - boil , add salt , pepper and garnish with coriander leaves
