INGREDIENTS
- BASMATHI 1 kg
- OIL 3 tbsp.
- LEEKS (CUT INTO JULIENNE CUT) 100g
- CARROT (JULLIENNE CUT) 200g
- BEATEN EGGS 04
- ONION,GARLIC,GINGER 75g (3:2:1)
- SOYA SAUSE 3 tbsp.
- SUGER 1 1/2 tbsp.
- CHILI PIECES 1 tbsp.
- SESAME OIL 1/4 tbsp.
- SPRING ONION 4 tbsp.
- SALT TO TASTE
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Heat oil, sauté onion ,ginger and garlic. After few minutes and eggs and then carrot. Soya sauce , salt, sugar, chili pieces and pre-cooked rice. Then add leeks , sesame oil, spring onion and mix well.
