SWEET CORN AND EGG DROP SOUP ( 4 - 6 PORTIONS)
INGREDIENTS
Sweet corn 100g
Onion 75g
Garlic 75g
Ginger 75g
Corn oil ( without coconut oil ) 1tbs
Stock 1L
Egg white 01
Corn flour 1 1/2tbs
Salt to taste
Sesame oil few drops
Spring onion for the garnish
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Heat the oil & sauté onion garlic & ginger without colour . Add stock then add sweet corn, when the mixture starts to boil add egg whites whisking and add diluted corn flour, salt & sesame oil. Finally garnish with spring onion.
