ONION BRAISED RICE (8 - 10 PORTIONS)
INGREDIENT
- Basmati / Keeri samba 1kg
- B / Onion ( Finely Sliced ) 300g
- Butter 75g
- Bay Leaves 3
- Stock 2L
- Pepper Corns 1 tpsp
- Salt 3/4 tpsp
- Oil 2tbsp.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Fry onions and bay leaves in oil until onion get golden brown colour. Then add washed rice stock salt and butter. bring to boil and simmer until done.
