INGREDIENT
- Carrot - 400g Cut in to chunks
- Beans - 400g Cut in to chunks
- onion - 400g Cut in to chunks
- Tomato - 400g Cut in to chunks
- Bell peppers - 400g Cut in to chunks
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Mari nation - Olive oil 03tbsp
Mix herbs 01tbsp
Salt & pepper to taste
And mix together.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Cut of vegetable dip in the above marination. keep for 15 minute. roast in an oven. ( 200c - 15mts )
