INGREDIENT 

  1. Carrot              - 400g Cut in to chunks
  2. Beans                - 400g Cut in to chunks
  3. onion                - 400g Cut in to chunks
  4. Tomato             - 400g Cut in to chunks
  5. Bell peppers     - 400g Cut in to chunks


METHOD OF PREPARATION

Mari nation - Olive oil  03tbsp
                       Mix herbs  01tbsp
                       Salt & pepper to taste
                                        
And mix together.


METHOD OF PREPARATION 

Cut of vegetable dip in the above marination. keep for 15 minute. roast in an oven.       ( 200c - 15mts )
