INGREDIENTS
- Egg yolks 2
- Mustard cream 1/4tsp
- Corn oil 250ml
- Vinegar 2tsp
- salt and white pepper powder
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Except vinegar and oil put all other ingredients into a pot and whisk .add oil little by little and again whisk. when the mixture become to add little bit of vinegar and whisk. Then and oil and again whisk. Then repeat the process. If the mixture too thick add 1tsp of ( WARM WATER ) and whisk.
