INGREDIENTS
- Butter 50g
- Chopped onion 50g
- Garlic 25g
- Oregano herbs 1tsp
- Bay leaves 2
- Chopped tomato 600g (Skinned and deseeded)
- Tomato paste 4tbsp
- Tomato juice
- Salt 2tsp
- Pepper 1tsp
- Sugar 3tsp
- Stock Cubes 1/2cube
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Melt the butter and sauté onion, garlic, oregano herbs and bay leaves. add chopped tomato, tomato paste, tomato juice and salt, pepper to taste. Then add sugar. If needed add 1/2 stock cubes simmer for 5 minutes. and take off from the fire.
